Nokia laptops coming soon

 Rumors were rife that these devices might be Nokia-branded laptops.  A teaser for Nokia's laptops has just arrived on Flipkart under the name Nokia Pure Book.  This is a sign that Nokia's laptops are coming to India soon.

 However, it is not yet clear when the laptops will be released.  Nokia is all set to launch new laptops in India by the end of December ahead of the New Year.


 Nokia's Purebook laptops are described in the teaser as "ultra light, powerful and immersive."

Features


 Those who checked the information provided in the BIS list pointed out that nine laptops were listed.  It is said that five models have Core i5 processor and four models have Core i3 chipset.  There are also hints that these laptops run on Windows Ten.


 Emersive


 The bezels of the Nokia Purebook will be very light.  Therefore, as mentioned in the teaser, this laptop will be a good "emersive" look


 Powerful


 The screen of Nokia laptops is expected to have a resolution of up to 1080 pixels.  However, it is not yet clear what Nokia means by the word "powerful" in the teaser.

 Ultra light


The Ultrabooks on the market will be similar in weight or even lighter.

 Nokia aims to be a strong competitor to companies like Shawmi, which has introduced laptops in India that ordinary people can afford.  Shawmi launched the MI Notebook 14-Series earlier this year for Rs 45,000.  However, later, Shawmi released a version of the MI notebook called the e-learning edition aimed at students at a very low price.


Price Details


Nokia's Powerbook laptops are expected to be available at affordable prices.  So you can expect to get a laptop for Rs 40,000.  But this is not the case.

 Nokia laptops are not the same as HMD Global, which launches Nokia smartphones.  This is because the company is only allowed to launch Nokia branded phones and mobile accessories.  The Chinese company Tongfang Limited is launching the laptop under the Nokia brand.
